The challenge
Client manually performs estimation and takeoff based on an architectural drawings. Main technical challenge: Variation in drawings. Existing tools do not solve the problem.
What we did
A proof of concept of an automation tool that interprets different drawing types and reduces manual work.
The outcome
Demo on the possible way forward of building an MVP. Plan on how to implement the solution technically so that our client can reduce his workload significantly on the targeted drawing types. Product insight - where are our challenges and opportunities with this solution, how can we scale and expand it so it is even more helpful in the day to day work.
